Chelsie Librun

Chelsie is a certified Project Management Professional with extensive experience in quality management, communications, resource, and stakeholder collaboration. Most recently, Chelsie serves as a Senior Technical Program Manager for Squarespace, a leading all-in-one website building and ecommerce platform, where she focuses on supporting the product engineering, internal engineering, and cybersecurity organizations within Squarespace. Her responsibilities include both U.S. and international data privacy policies. Prior to Squarespace, Chelsie started as a Lead Analyst and transitioned to Senior Systems Engineer at global defense leader, Raytheon. In those roles, she managed a multi-million dollar budget covering 13 partner countries. Chelsie began her career with research positions at Pratt & Whitney and Boeing and then went on to a career at Accenture. As an Accenture consultant, she managed projects designing and executing new features and data analysis across multiple industries from financial services to defense systems. Chelsie is a past Vice-President of the Boston chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers. She has a professional working proficiency in Haitian Creole that fits her overall passion for learning new disciplines and cultures. Chelsie has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Chelsie’s ability to understand a problem and a team, makes her a particularly strong coach for applied learning partnerships between students and businesses.

Michael Burt

Michael has a proven 17-year track record with Cisco Systems driving cross-functional teams in the scoping, planning and execution of strategic customer opportunities. Most recently, Michael managed the Cisco Voice and Contact Center where he was a technical expert in the design and deployment of on-premise and cloud contact center solutions, specializing in critical customer situations. Michael also had responsibility for the vetting of high risk future customer deployments in North America. Michael is a longtime leader with the National Society of Black Engineers, and served most notably as the Chair for the Northeast region and, more recently, Director of the Information Technology Think Tank (ITTT) Special Interest Groups. This group convenes subject matter experts to address critical technology scaling challenges. Michael holds a B.A. in psychology/computer science from Merrimack College and is a graduate of the Atlanta-based Information Technology Senior Management Forum. Michaels’s 20-plus years of technical leadership and coaching gives him the skills to help local businesses grow and to strengthen each community served.
